Therefore, once an order is placed and the sample is approved, it cannot be returned. Once you place an order, I will first send you a sample image for approval. Since each product is personalised and made here in the workshop by me personally, it takes approximately 3-4 working days to create your item prior to shipping. Standard post delivery typically takes an additional 4-5 days, depending on postal services. For a faster option, you can choose An Post Express, which still requires 3-4 working days for creation but offers a quicker delivery time of 1-2 working days after the item is made.
